Karate 空手

- Traditional Okinawa karate, based on Shuri-te style. Teaching puts a lot of emphasis of kihon (basic techniques), katas, kumite, self-defense. The work of principles (control, balance, breathing, etc…) is very important, not only for martial arts but also for everyday life. Special care is taken to keep the body healthy. The goal is to make both the mind and the body stronger and also to provide a higher personal safety.
