Tai Chi Chuan 太極拳

Part of the class is devoted to learning the Yang “people form”. It is a traditional, very old form, practiced bare hands. Teaching of this long form is very progressive and requires regular practice from the students. Other forms are practiced with swords.
More importantly, the training concentrates on principles which will enable you to develop relaxation, control, balance, breathing, energy. Tai Chi Chuan is extremely beneficial to the practice of other martial arts. By itself, it is already very good for health, for the mind and the body.
